Which hotels will be used?
At Tourservice Australia we have the following criteria for the hotels we choose:

  • As far as possible in the centre of town
  • Good middle class comfort is a minimum
  • All rooms come with shower, toilet as well as telephone and TV

Let us know if you have any special hotel requests. From a tent to a 5 star hotel suite, we can make it happen.

What are the touring coaches like?
Depending on the type of tour Tourservice Australia hires different vehicles.
 
Coaches are equipped with air conditioning, adjustable seats, seat belts and toilets
 
4WD and small busses are also air conditioned with adjustable seats and seatbelts

How is the service on the road?
All our tours are escorted by qualified and experienced Tour Directors.
 
Personalized service is our first priority
All Tour Directors have a minimum of 5 years experience on the road. However, most of them have been in the business for 10 years.
We know how important a good Tour Director is and how important reliable information is.

Questions About our wheelchair tours

Do I need to specify the type of wheelchair?
Yes, please specify your type of wheelchair.
How many wheelchairs can I bring?
Due to the limited storage space on the coach we can allow only one wheelchair to be taken on our tours. We would like to ask for your understanding that we can only carry the wheelchair specified by you in your booking. We will exclude all not specified wheelchairs from the tour.

Where will I be seated?
We can’t guarantee a specific seat on the coach. The seat will be determined by the disability of the guests.
 
What about transfers to/from the Hotel at start/end of the tour?
Wheelchair accessible Transfers inclusive.We will book wheelchair accessible hire cars and taxis to make your arrival and departure as comfortable as possible. There are no additional costs for this service! 

Please Note
All Passengers should be able to look after themselves and to move their wheelchair without help. We do not provide any personal for assistance. It is a requirement to bring your on chaperon on our tours.
